If you receive an item that doesn't work for you, let us know and we'll replace it for free (up to 3 items). If your wardrobe still  isn't what you want and need, kindly return it within 14 days for a full refund.

Before we ship your clothes to you, they're washed in cold water with gentle detergent. Any synthetics go into a guppyfriend wash bag to protect our water. We always air-dry denim for longevity.

We recommend you do the same whenever possible, so our clothes have a long lifespan and lots of quality time with different families.

We strive to provide clothing that is plant-based, biodegradable, gender-neutral with timeless style. All customizations are laid over that foundation, so your wardrobe will have the lowest impact possible.

We also strive for zero waste, so we use reclaimed and/or biodegradable packing materials.
